Langara 中国学生学者联谊会 (Chinese Students and Scholars Association,简称 CSSA LANGARA )是主要由来自中国在加拿大布列颠•兰加拉 学习和工作的学生和学者组成的一个非政治性、非牟利的互助服务组织。其宗旨是为广大中国学生学者会员提供协助和服务，维护会员权利，加强会员联系，增进会 员与当地社区以及布列颠•哥伦比亚大学校友之间的交流，努力为会员营造良好的学习和生活环境。
本着自愿的原则，联谊会欢迎所有承认本会章程的来自中国大陆、港澳、台湾及世界其他地区并在布列颠•兰加拉学院学习、访问、工作及生活的人员加入 联谊会。联谊会会员可参加由联谊会发起和组织的各类活动，可通过 CSSA 的网站和邮件系统分享和发布信息，并可免费或有偿借用联谊会拥有的文体设施，及享受联谊会所提供的一切便利。会员有向其它会员及活动提供服务和帮助的义 务，有选举和被选举成为联谊会领导机构成员的权利。
联谊会下设执委会和监委会。执委会是联谊会的执行机构。执委会承担领导、管理、组织和维护联谊会一切活动的责任，具体负责对外交流、组织活动、提供 服务、发布信息 、经费管理及网站维护等。监委会是联谊会的监督机构，代表会员监督执委会工作。此外，联谊会还聘请Langara college及社会各界贤达人士组成顾问委员会，还在Langara college各 院系设立各个分会和各种运动俱乐部。联谊会最高权力机构是全体会员大会。
联谊会定期或不定期地为会员组织各种丰富多彩的活动包括春节、中秋及国庆的大型文艺活动、季节性郊游、各类文体活动。所有活动都对外开放，非会员和各界友人将受到热情欢迎。

Welcome you to the Langara college
The Langara Chinese Students and Scholars Association ( CSSA Langara) is a non-political, non-profit independent organization being composed of mainly the Chinese students and scholars studying and working at Langara college. It is dedicated to the goals of providing assistance and service, safeguarding the rights, and promoting social, intellectual and cultural activities for Chinese students and scholars at to the University of British Columbia as well as other interested members in the Langara community. It also strives to provide good study and living environment for its members.
All people are warmly welcomed to join in the CSSA Langara on the volunteering basis as long as they are studying and working at UBC and recognize the Constitution of the CSSA Langara, no matter they are from Mainland China , Hong Kong, Macau , Taiwan or anywhere else in the world. Members are entitled to enjoy the privileges to attend all the events and activities organized and/or sponsored by the UBC CSSA, share and exchange the information via the CSSA Langara website and email-list, borrow various activity facilities for free or low fees from the UBC CSSA. Members are obliged to help with each other and have the right of elect and being elected to the governing body of the UBC CSSA.
UBC CSSA organizational structure consists of an Executive Committee and a Supervisory Committee. The Executive Committee is the executive body, and it is leading, managing, organizing and maintaining the operation and all the activities of the UBC CSSA, including the specific work in external affairs, providing service, organizing events and activities, information management, financial management, website maintenance and so on. The Supervisory Committee is the supervisory body, and it supervises the work of the Executive Committee on behalf of all members. In addition, the UBC CSSA has an Advisory Committee being composed of the invited UBC leaders and the prominent figures of the local society, and it also has some Sub-Associations in various faculties and departments throughout the UBC, as well as some sport clubs. The supreme power of the UBC CSSA is the General Assembly of All Members.
The UBC CSSA organizes events and activities on the regular or irregular bases, including those big events and celebrations of the traditional Chinese festivals such as the Spring Festival, the Full-Moon Festival and the China 's National Day. It also organizes seasonal tours and various healthy entertainments. All the events and activities are open to non-members and other friends.
